Kensington HOA Holidays
THE ANNUAL CLARK GRISWALD TROPHY AND SERGEANT KENSINGTON AWARD

Every December our annual Clark Griswold Award is passed on to the home with the best outdoor house decorations during the holiday season. The winner, chosen by the previous year′s winner, is awarded a handsome trophy engraved with all winners plus a wooden soldier, the admirable “Sergeant Kensington” which is placed on the winner′s front lawn for all of the envious neighbors to view.

Our tradition was started by the Hunters and Wenniks in 1995 and has proven to be a festive happening that truly enhances the neighborhood. Festive decorations, house lighting and
participation is appreciated by all.
